Why we built it
Your shop records everything and reports almost nothing.
Every job, every technician, every invoice is already written down. What is missing is any way to ask a question of it and get an answer before the week is out. So the shop runs on walking the drive, on a whiteboard, and on a spreadsheet somebody rebuilds every Monday morning.
We started with the actual records rather than with a design. We read real service exports, counted what was genuinely filled in, and found that several of the reports everyone asks for cannot honestly be produced — the information behind them was never captured in the first place.
That could have been hidden. Most reporting tools would have filled those gaps with an estimate and let the number look authoritative on a screen. DispachAI does the opposite. Where your records are silent, we are silent, and we say why. What is left is a smaller set of numbers that are actually true — which turns out to be far more useful than a full dashboard nobody quite believes.
How we work
Six rules we do not bend.
We never invent a number
If a figure is an example, it is labelled as one. If your records cannot answer a question, we say so rather than filling the gap with something that looks convincing.
We name the gaps
Some questions your shop records simply cannot answer. We tell you which ones up front, instead of letting you find out after you have made a decision on it.
Your data stays yours
Your dealership’s information is kept separate from every other dealership on the system. It is never pooled, never shared, and never used for anyone else.
We do not touch your systems
DispachAI reads and reports. It never writes back into the system your dealership runs on, so there is nothing it can break.
Every figure opens up
Click a number and you see the jobs it came from. A total that does not match the jobs behind it is a fault, and we treat it as one.
Nothing is quietly overwritten
When something changes, the previous version is kept beside it. "It said something different yesterday" has an answer rather than an argument.
